IPHONE SE VIBRATION MOTOR PROBLEM

I purchased IPhone SE from Sahiwal Pakistan from an importer. Here is not official Apple store in Pakistan. Iphone SE's warranty will expire in April 2017. It has a problem that its vibration motor auto on and it starts tremor automatically. I reset it many times but it did not fix. I Email to apple but they are not answering. Where should i make a complaint about this problem. I switched off all the notification concerning vibration but problem is still remain. Please help me.
